Returns & Refunds Policy

Full Circle Laser and Print Works offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original packaging.

 

Steps to Return:

1. Email your order number, purchaser name, contact name/number/email address and reason for return to fullcirclelaserprint@gmail.com

2. FCLP will send a prepaid shipping label via email to the contact provided.

3. FCLP will refund/replace items upon receipt of products.

 

The following items cannot be returned/exchanged unless damaged occurred in transit:

1. Personalize/Custom Items

2. Clearance/Sale Items
